In Wicked the Musical Elphaba and Galinda are complete opposites & dislike each other. After a misunderstanding, Galinda & Elphaba become roommates. In the beginning they have a hard time getting along, nonetheless, they learn to open up to each other & soon after become best friends. Often there is a love hate relationship between these two women, which is just what makes the musical incredibly entertaining as well as humorous. There also is a love triangle amongst Galinda, Elphaba, & Fiyero which brings about anxiety and excitement.
